Do you have an order desk?

Yes. Call us. Better? Stop by and see us. Our Front Counter, the heart of our Contractor sales, supply, and service business, is staffed by lumber and construction professionals who are backed by our veteran estimators and yard workers. Of course, we deliver site project materials throughout NORTHERN OHIO, but we also can fill additional needs with direct drive-by service in the Cleveland Yard. Our Offices, Showroom, Millhouse & Sawmill, Warehouses and Yard are open for service Monday-Friday, 7am – 4pm, and are located at 2850 West 3rd Street in Cleveland.

Do you have a showroom?

We do. Upon entering, you will immediately realize you are in the right place for sawmill-direct, production-friendly LBM and fixture-fabrication solutions. Located at our main Offices and Yard at 2850 West 3rd Street, our Showroom is the perfect collaborative project environment to review all of our wonderful products, and all of our heritage wood species options. Do you sell to the Public? To the Homeowner?

Nearly 95% of our business is commercial. The services we provide to Commercial Customers include lumber, heavy-timbers, and hardwood fixtures. We work primarily with Contractors, Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Designers, Manufacturers and Facility/Hospitality Operators. When we do work with homeowners, it is typically to help them select materials with their Contractor. Soon, we will have an 1864 SERIES HOME line where you can purchase select items made in our commercial hardwood fixtures division.

Do you use sustainable sourcing practices?

We are a leader in pursuing environmentally-friendly, sustainably-sourced lumber and hardwood fixture materials. We owe it to our community, and renewable business practices are healthy for our long-term business. Our Architectural Harvest Division is an industrial-scale reclaimed and gleaned rustic lumber refurbishing operation, material which fuels our AH Warehouses with bunks of ready-to-fabricate 8/4, 6/4 and 4/4 unique, high-character lumber reserves. Our exterior-use, solid wood thermal lumber product line, which has a Class 1 Durability rating (25+ years), uses only renewable North American wood species, rich and beautiful 100% chemical-free cured options, all offer a more eco-friendly alternative than using tropical rain forest hardwoods.
